My name is Emmanuel Guya and I am currently helping at Harvesters’ Terekeka campus now that I’ve completed my degree in Engineering. I am writing to tell you how grateful I am for what God has been doing in my life through Harvesters and through each and every one of you. Harvesters has done so much for me from the very first day I stepped onto the campus in 2001 when I was 8 years old. I have been blessed to experience LOVE, CARE and KINDNESS throughout my stay at Harvesters.
I got the privilege of getting an education which I could have never got if I were not at Harvesters. I was clothed and had food to eat each and every day. I had people whom I could look up to if I had a problem or anything that I needed help with. Harvesters has made me grow up into a person I didn’t know I could become if I were still somewhere in my village.
I also got to meet different people of different careers; local staff, missionaries, visitors, doctors, nurses, engineers, pastors, teachers and administrators to mention but a few. These people were from different parts of the world and they have each made their own impact in my life.
I want you to know you too have been a blessing to us here at Harvesters and we treasure you so much in our hearts. Thank you for what you have done for me and others through your support of Harvesters. It is through you that God has brought us this far.
God Bless You,
Emmanuel Guya
