Harvesters’ Health Care Update

    • 48% of children under the age of five suffer from general malnutrition
    • One out of nine children will die before they reach the age of five
    • 21.5% of children under the age of five suffer from wasting

These are just a few of the health statistics* where South Sudan ranks among the worst in the world.

Sadly, with the continued conflict, food insecurity and continued inflation these numbers continue to increase. At Harvesters’ His House of Hope Hospital we are seeing more children come to us so malnourished they need to be admitted to the hospital for care.graph

Because you give generously our medical staff are there to tend to these children, God’s children who come to us. We pray we can help each one survive and thrive. We praise God for His servants like you who have a caring heart and give joyfully.
